October: Vegetarian for a month
This month I am going to eat vegetarian. I know, hard to believe. I wanted to do this all year, and October seemed like the least “painful” month to do it. I couldn’t give up my summer grilling, and November and December are full of holidays, so they were out, and October is all that is left.
I don’t think it will be too bad, I am trying to eat Vegetarian, not Vegan, so all the milk/egg/cheese goodies are still allowed. I actually know quite a few vegetarians and will be leaning on them for some good recipes (hint, hint – feel free to comment with a link!) And if it really is that terrible, well, it’s only a month right?

Not the prettiest website in the world, but I have found pretty much everything I have ever wanted to cook on here: http://vegweb.com/ I pretty much just think about something I really loved when I ate meat, type it in the search, and someone has made a vegetarian (or vegan) version of it.
Here is a recipe for probably just about the best (and easiest) pizza in the world: http://www.nomeatathlete.com/white-bean-pizza/
Finally, I have a great recipe for black bean burgers, which are an essential staple in any vegetarian’s life, if you want me to send that along to you.
Thanks! Both of those sites look great!
Thanks, I saw this recipe but haven’t tried it yet, I’ll have to add it to the menu.
